New Years Eve at the Sundquist-Shuck House

This year we are laying low for the New Year, just spending time in our new house with Liam. Its been really cold in Palmer for the last few days so Liam and I have been staying in doors. We both still have a cold, it just keeps hanging on. Brody's going to get a couple of movies and a bottle of champagne and that will be great. Here are a couple of pictures I snapped from our upstairs window this afternoon. Does it look below zero out their cause its actually 20 below. Since we've been staying in, I've been cooking a lot. Its really nice to have a kitchen again. I roasted one of our buffalo eye of round roasts the other night and not really knowing how to do it...it came out great. Brody did some research about cooking it on the Internet and it worked out great. Last night it was Samosas and tomorrow its turkey chili, did I mention I love having a kitchen again.
Liam is getting more teeth. The count is now up to five with the sixth not far behind. He loves to lay on the floor in our TV room and hang out on his tummy, kicking his legs and throwing his arms back. He looks like he's trying to fly.
Happy New Year!!!!!
